Return Policy

In order to ensure a reasonable returns receipt time, requires that all returns be shipped within 30 days of the original ship date from us to you. We ask that returns be shipped using a service that will ensure arrival at our facility within 45 days of when we originally shipped the item to you. Failure to perform within these time frames may result in a denied return request. Once the returned item(s) have arrived at our facility, please allow 3-5 days for your return to be fully processed.

We suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier and that you keep tracking information as a proof of shipment and delivery in case there is an issue. Return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse and incorrect ordering are not covered under our return policy. However, will cover return shipping charges for items that are received in a damaged/defective condition or when the incorrect item is sent. Shipping premiums paid for expedited shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

All return shipments for damaged/defective items must be pre-approved through our returns department. In most cases, a pre-paid returns label will be provided in these instances. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the return shipping fee if applicable. We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Items that are refused upon initial delivery and returned to us will be issued a full refund minus the cost we paid to ship the item out to you.

No item is eligible for return unless it is in the original condition in which it was sent. This means the item cannot be opened or damaged and all original packaging and paperwork is included and in new condition. Please use exterior packaging when shipping items back. Do not use items packaging as the shipping box. Items with damaged packaging may incur a fee against or a total denial of your refund. We will not accept any returns for items that do not fit these criteria. Such returns will be rejected and the customer will bear responsibility for claiming the item(s) from our warehouse. A 30 day period for claiming such items will be given after which items will no longer be available to claim.
